When will my order arrive?

Orders are posted 1st class with Royal Mail which usually arrive within 1-3 business days. However, due to the current pandemic Royal Mail are experiencing delays so please allow up to 10 business days for your order to arrive. 

Can I upgrade my shipping?

Yes, upgraded shipping is available at the checkout.

How much is shipping?

UK shipping is from 95p to £1.50 for larger items. Orders over £10 have FREE shipping in the UK.

Do you ship internationally?

I am currently shipping to the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. International orders can take up to 30 business days to arrive. Shipping costs are from £3.50 for international orders which are sent via standard airmail.

Can you send a card direct to the recipient with my message inside?

Of course! On each card page you will see the option to send direct, simply change this to 'yes please' and fill in the message to be handwritten and the recipient's delivery address. Then go through the checkout process as normal and I will handwrite your message and post to the recipient for you.

How will my order be packaged?

Everything will be packaged securely to ensure your order arrives in tip top condition. I use strong cardboard mailers and cardboard mailing boxes for larger items. Most items will fit through a standard letterbox and the packaging can be recycled.

Where are your cards printed?

All my greeting cards are proudly printed right here in the UK! 

Are you environmentally friendly?

Since taking the naked cards pledge a few years ago all online sales of cards are sent naked, meaning no cello sleeves, hurrah! All my cards are printed on FSC certified card and I have significantly reduced the amount of plastic I use, with many items such as enamel pins, packaged in paper bags rather than cello sleeves.

Can I return my item for a refund?

Yes, if you return your item in a saleable condition within 14 days of delivery I will refund you. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. It is your responsibility to cover return postage costs and to ensure that returned goods are packaged and shipped responsibly to avoid any damage. Personalised items cannot be refunded.

Do you sell wholesale?

I sure do! Simply email info@purpletreedesigns.co.uk with some brief info about your shop and any questions you may have and I can send you a catalogue and prices.
