Refund policy

We will refund any item you are not completely happy with when returned to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

It is your responsibility to cover return postage costs and to ensure that returned goods are packaged and shipped responsibly to avoid any damage.

Personalised items cannot be returned unless a mistake is made by us.
